We are now able to accept your book donations!
Our partners at Better World Books have shared a bright green Drop Box with us. With it, we can send our community’s book donations and discards out to be sold online. The library and literacy partners around the world receive portions of the proceeds, so your donations really make a difference to us here and those in need.
Only return library items to the Returns Box at the front door. Please do not leave library items in the bright green Drop Box. Library items left in the Better World Books Drop Box near the south stairs will not be able to be checked in and may result in library charges.
Better World Books mission is to capitalize on the value of the book to fund literacy initiatives locally, nationally and around the world. They partner with nearly 3,100 libraries the U.S. and Canada, collecting donations and library discards in support of literacy programs.
In keeping with the Board approved policy and following the Cobleskill-Richmondville School Disyrict, the library will be closed due to inclement weather on Friday, March 2nd. No items will be due, no late fees will be charged.
